Please understand we are a small team but we will endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possibly once it is placed, this excludes weekends and public holidays.

Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (sales or launch campaigns), due to extreme weather, or due to other Australia Post delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond By Roomie’s reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria and so we follow any Victoria public holidays.

We offer FREE shipping on domestic orders over $99

Orders $0.00-$74.99 $5 tracked shipping with signature

Express, tracked upgrade  $14+ (depends on order weight)

International Shipping $20 expect shipping timeframes to be 2-3 weeks

New Zealand Standard Shipping $15 expect shipping timeframes to be 1-2 weeks

$20 Standard: 6-10 business days + processing time

International customers (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Postal Addresses

It is your responsibility to check your postal address at the time of the order. By Roomie is not liable for purchases returned to us due to incorrect addresses. Re-directing post will occur at the customer's expense as our warehouse has to resend through the system.
